Ragini 3: Tamanaah Bhatia and Junaid Khan pair up together for first time

Balaji Motion Pictures has officially unveiled Ragini 3, a gripping “Date Night Horror” that promises thrills, humour, and edge-of-the-seat entertainment. The film will be headlined by Tamannaah Bhatia, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Shashanka Ghosh, and will feature Junaid Khan opposite Tamannaah.

Marking an exciting new chapter, Ragini 3 brings together a dynamic team, with Shashanka Ghosh stepping in as director, while Sahir Raza continues as the creative force behind the project. With this association, the scale of the film has expanded, making it one of the most anticipated titles in the genre. The project also marks another collaboration between Shashanka Ghosh and Balaji Motion Pictures, following their successful partnerships on Veere Di Wedding and Freddy. With Ragini 3, the team aims to deliver a bold, fresh, and stylised Date Night Horror experience.

Tamannaah Bhatia, celebrated for her versatility and commanding screen presence across industries, takes on the lead role, bringing glamour, intensity, and intrigue to the narrative. She was the first and only choice for the film. Joining her is Junaid Khan, who continues to impress with his unconventional choices and nuanced performances, making this a fresh and exciting on-screen pairing.

Tamannaah Bhatia’s upcoming movies

Tamannaah Bhatia will next be seen in a key role in Shahid Kapoor-starrer O’ Romeo. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the action thriller is slated for release on February 13, 2026. Looking ahead, the actress will also be seen in V. Shantaram, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will play Jayashree, the legendary actress and second wife of the iconic filmmaker.

Apart from this, Tamannaah is also a part of Vvan, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. Set against central India’s forest backdrop, the film dives deep into folklore rooted in Hindu mythology and is scheduled to release this year. Tamannaah Bhatia is also set to star opposite John Abraham in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming biographical action film, portraying Preeti Maria, wife of former Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria.
