Rustomjee Group will invest ₹5,800 crore in a new residential project, Rustomjee Vista Bay, in Parel Extension, Mumbai. The low-density, gated community will feature approximately 200 residences across a single tower. Homes will be 2BHK and 3BHK configurations. The project aims to offer efficient layouts and emphasize liveability in a developing neighbourhood.
