Nine homebuyers have filed a cheating complaint against two real estate developers in Mapusa, Goa, for failing to deliver flats booked nearly a decade ago. Despite full payment for the ‘Sai Ishwari’ project, buyers allege false assurances and significant mental and financial distress. They also seek a probe into the cooperative credit society’s loan sanction for the mortgaged project.
