Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) has launched a one-time settlement scheme for property tax arrears, offering a 30% rebate on accumulated interest or ₹10,000, whichever is higher. Property owners must pay their full outstanding dues by March 31 to avail this concession, aiming to encourage voluntary settlement and reduce long-standing liabilities.
