Shriram Properties has bought four acres of land on Sarjapur Main Road in Bengaluru. The company plans a new high-rise residential project there. This development will offer about five lakh sq ft of saleable area. The project’s gross development value is estimated at ₹550-600 crore. A launch is anticipated in late 2026. Shriram Properties also recently acquired Shrivision Upscale Spaces.
