Signature Global Ltd is set to raise Rs 875 crore next week through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company’s Debenture Committee has approved the terms for 87,500 NCDs with a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, carrying an 11% coupon rate. These NCDs will mature in January 2029.
