CREDAI has urged the state government to address technical problems plaguing government offices. These issues are hindering the issuance of e-khatas, causing delays for developers and property owners. CREDAI also called for the removal of the life certificate requirement for GPA registrations. This rule has become a burden for senior citizens and non-residents.
