The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) has imposed a daily penalty of Rs 3,000 on a realty developer for failing to comply with its earlier order. The developer was directed to pay the penalty for non-completion of the ‘Green Space Bagiratha’ project and non-adherence to statutory norms.
