Uttar Pradesh government received Rs 12,031 crore for housing. The money is for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) Mission 2.0. The goal is to provide permanent houses to the urban poor. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath wants transparency and quality. Each house will be geo-tagged and photographed. Houses will resist disasters like earthquakes. Beneficiaries get Rs 2.
