Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced a substantial profit of ₹298.17 crore for FY26, a significant jump from FY25. Total income also saw a sharp rise to ₹1,265.96 crore. The company successfully raised funds through a rights issue for debt repayment and land acquisition.
