The Telangana High Court has sharply questioned HYDRAA’s failure to act against the Barrister Fatima Owaisi Educational Campus. The institution is allegedly built in the Full Tank Level area of Salkam Cheruvu without proper approvals. The court ordered a detailed inquiry into officials who neglected their duties. Students’ safety was also a concern raised by the judge.
