BPTP has leased a significant office space to Taiwan-based MediaTek in Noida. This marks MediaTek’s second research and development hub in India. The deal is valued at approximately ₹144 crore for a 10-year tenure. The new facility aims to expand MediaTek’s talent pool and research capabilities. BPTP Capital City is a prime commercial development.
