Lucknow Municipal Corporation is set to launch a one-time settlement scheme to address Rs 700 crore in pending house tax and Rs 110 crore in water/sewerage dues. This initiative aims to provide relief to nearly 2.5 lakh house owners by potentially waiving interest and surcharges, allowing them to clear principal amounts and boosting civic body revenue.
