Arvind SmartSpaces reported a 13.22% decline in net profit for FY26, with profit after tax at ₹103.41 crore. Total income also saw a 20.49% dip to ₹584.47 crore. However, Q4 FY26 profit after tax surged 102.94% to ₹44.16 crore. The company also plans to raise ₹300 crore via debt securities and has formed a new platform with HDFC Capital.
