Dalmia Bharat is set to acquire Jaiprakash Associates’ cement assets for more than Rs 2,500 crore. This deal follows Adani Group’s acquisition of Jaiprakash Associates under insolvency. Dalmia Bharat will gain control of significant cement and clinker capacity. The transaction resolves previous legal disputes. Adani Group is also integrating other Jaiprakash Associates businesses, including power and logistics assets.
