One of the highlights of the evening was groom-to-be Rohan Thakkar’s surprise entry. Dancing to the iconic song Mehendi Laga Ke Rakhna to the beats of the dhol, Rohan left Anshula smiling ear-to-ear as he surprised his ladylove. She even appeared emotional for a brief moment. In another clip, Anshula was seen dancing to a song from Dil Dhadakne Do.
Social media personality Orry, who attended the celebrations, offered fans a glimpse of the festivities by sharing several pictures. One photo showed Anshula proudly flaunting her kaleere as she posed for the camera, while others featured Orry with Khushi Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor.
Actress Sonam Kapoor also took to social media on Saturday afternoon to share glimpses from the mehendi ceremony. Earlier, on June 21, Anshula’s aunt Maheep Kapoor had shared a series of pictures and videos from the pre-wedding festivities.

For her mehendi ceremony, Anshula chose an outfit that honoured the legacy of the family she is stepping into. She looked stunning in a teal blue lehenga by Arpita Mehta. Inspired by the rich legacy of Patola weaving, the ensemble featured the designer’s signature mirror work, celebrating Gujarat’s vibrant textile heritage. She completed the look with a statement blue necklace and subtle makeup.

According to reports, Anshula and Rohan are set to tie the knot on July 6. Over the past few weeks, Anshula has been spotted travelling with her brother, Arjun Kapoor, as part of her wedding preparations and bridal shopping.
Last year, around October, Anshula reportedly held her God Dhana ceremony. For the uninitiated, Rohan proposed to Anshula in July 2025 during a romantic getaway, after which the couple made their engagement public.
While Anshula has largely stayed away from the limelight, she participated in the first season of The Traitors and emerged as one of the show’s most promising contestants.
