Brigade Group and Bain Capital are joining forces for a major development in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This 50:50 joint venture will invest approximately ₹2,200 crore. The project will span 11 acres, featuring two million sq ft of grade-A office space and a five-star hotel. It recently acquired land in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad for a residential project.
