Prestige Estates Projects reported a significant 111.61% surge in its net consolidated profit for FY26, reaching ₹1,305.4 crore. The company’s total income also saw a substantial increase of 70.58% to ₹13,195.5 crore. The board recommended a 20% final dividend and approved a ₹2,000 crore non-convertible debenture issuance.
