PropShare Celestia’s trading debut saw its units open lower and close down 1.42% on Friday, listing at Rs 9,99,900.01 against an issue price of Rs 10,50,000. The SM REIT, aiming to acquire commercial space in Ahmedabad, had its Rs 244-crore IPO subscribed 1.33 times. The company’s market valuation reached Rs 241.16 crore.
