Delhi’s environment department has submitted a draft State Action Plan on Climate Change (SPACC) 2.0 for Union government approval. This updated plan incorporates recent climate science and data, defining sector-specific actions with measurable targets up to 2030. It aims to strengthen governance, integrate nature-based solutions, and align with national and global climate commitments.
