Gautam Adani’s group will redevelop Motilal Nagar in Goregaon. The project spans 143 acres and involves a Rs 1 lakh crore investment. Adani’s firm receives 17 lakh sq meters for sale. Original residents will be rehabilited. This is the first project under the CD&A model. MHADA retains land ownership.
