Arbaaz Khan sells Andheri West apartment for Rs 6.5 crore

Arbaaz Khan, the brother of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, has sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 6.5 crore, as per the property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

According to a Hindustan Times report, the transaction was registered on May 5, 2026. The apartment Arbaaz sold is located in Tower B in the Runwal Elegante project at Lokhandwala Complex, near Infiniti Mall in Andheri West, the document showed.

The flat has a carpet area of 1,369 sq ft and includes two car parking spaces. The buyers incurred a stamp duty of Rs 39 lakh for the transaction, the document showed.

Andheri West continues to remain one of Mumbai’s active residential micro-markets, driven by demand from professionals, entrepreneurs and members of the entertainment industry. The Runwal Elegante project is located near Infiniti Mall and offers high-rise apartments in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

Arbaaz Khan`s previous property purchase

Earlier this year, Arbaaz had made a property purchase. The transaction details, accessed through property registration documents by Zapkey, indicate that the property deal was officially registered in February. According to a Hindustan Times report, the new home is located in Jogeshwari West, which stands at one of Mumbai’s rapidly developing residential areas.

The apartment is reportedly a part of the Autograph Residency project located on Link Road and is positioned on the 27th floor of the building. The apartment is believed to be spread across a RERA carpet area of 1,243 square feet, and has been bought at a per square foot price of over Rs 22,000 by the actor-producer. According to reports, the deal also includes two designated parking spaces.

As per the registration papers, Arbaaz completed the transaction on February 17, 2026, for which he paid a stamp duty of over Rs 16 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000 in order to formalise the purchase. The apartment has reportedly been acquired directly from the developer of the project, Mutistar Builders LLP. The residential project is currently under construction, and the possession is expected to be handed over in December 2030.
