Arkade Developers saw its net profit plummet by 96.63% in the financial year 2025-26. Profit after tax fell to ₹5.29 crore from ₹156.92 crore in the previous year. However, total income rose by 19.23% to ₹828.16 crore. The company’s pre-sales and collections also showed growth. Arkade Developers has a substantial project pipeline valued at ₹12,800 crore.
