Blackstone-backed Bagmane Prime Office REIT debuted on the stock market with a 3.5% premium, listing at Rs 103.50 on the NSE. The Rs 3,405-crore IPO saw strong investor participation, subscribed 23.71 times. The REIT owns six premium Grade A+ business parks in Bengaluru.
