Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut is once again grabbing headlines after launching a fresh attack on an ‘actress’. Kangana, who has been facing backlash over her comments on Gen Z over the past few days, has shared an Instagram story slamming an actress, whose name she did not mention. However, netizens believe she was indirectly referring to fellow actress Sonakshi Sinha.
Kangana Ranaut calls actress ‘pocket maar’
The controversy started after a screenshot went viral about Kangana Ranaut allegedly liking an Instagram post criticising an unnamed actress for speaking up during the CJP protest but staying silent over the ongoing protests by students in Jharkhand.
Kangana clarified that the screenshot of her like on the post was fake. However, she went on to take a jibe at the unnamed actress with strong words.
In her Instagram story, Kangana wrote, “There are many fake news that are doing rounds, this like of mine is also fake I never body shame anyone but I have noticed an actress who dresses and speaks like a pocket maar these days she wears half pants and ulta cap and talks like a jebkatra while passionately promoting gutterchap behaviour of protestors. I always feel how you dress in a relationship is a direct reflection of how you feel, dear fellow actress if your man is making you feel like a jebkatra I am sorry, you used to dress and speak so elegantly what happened to you? Opinions are yours but you can do better with that styling of yours if you need some help I am always there for you,” followed by a kiss emoji.
Netizens think it’s Sonakshi Sinha
While Kangana refrained from mentioning which actress she was referring to, netizens joined the dots and concluded that she was talking about Sonakshi Sinha.
Sharing a screenshot of Kangana’s story on X, one user wrote, “Kangana Ranaut vs Bollywood. Yesterday Sonakshi liked an anti-Kangana post. Today Kangana straight up called her a “pocketmaar.” Roasted her half pants, ulta cap, and roadside thief behavior. She used to dance with Kohli and Anushka, now hates them for no reason. All this fake attitude just because her career is a massive flop. Love her or hate her, Kangana never cares about Bollywood rules.”
