Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai trailer launch cancelled due to technical issues

David Dhawan`s Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, starring Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde, has been creating a lot of buzz with its previously released teaser, songs and more. Ahead of its June 5 release, the makers were to release the trailer of the film in a grand event in Mumbai on Thursday, May 21. However, the event was cancelled at the last minute.

On Thursday, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai makers planned a trailer launch event in Mumbai, which was cancelled due to a technical issue. Meanwhile, the trailer will not be released online either.

The makers took to social media to share a statement about the cancellation and delay in launching the trailer. The statement read, “We regret to inform you that the trailer launch event for Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, scheduled for today, has been cancelled due to unforeseen technical difficulties. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and continued support. We look forward to sharing the trailer with you soon. – Team Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai SEE YOU AT THE MOVIES (sic).”

Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai stars Varun Dhawan, Pooja Hegde, and Mrunal Thakur and is helmed by David Dhawan. The film marks the Notably, the film was initially scheduled to release in theatres on June 5, it was changed multiple times after that. The film was first pushed to June 12 to avoid a clash with Yash`s Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, which was postponed to June 4 from its previous March 19 release date. Later, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai was preponed to May 22.

However, on April 29, Varun Dhawan dropped a new poster confirming that Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai was returning to its original release date of June 5, thanking Yash, who announced that Toxic was indefinitely postponed. Following the postponement of Toxic, the team of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai returned to its original release plan.
