Hero Realty has secured a ₹1,200 crore debt facility from IndusInd Bank to fuel its expansion. The company recently launched ‘The Palatial by Hero Homes’ on the Dwarka Expressway, featuring AI-enabled residences with indoor air purification. HRPL is currently developing over six million sq ft across multiple North Indian states.
