The reported appearance is particularly noteworthy as Salman has previously appeared on Koffee With Karan alongside members of his family. His first appearance on the show came in Season 4, after he stayed away from the coffee couch during its initial three seasons. During that episode, his father and veteran screenwriter Salim Khan also made an appearance. Salman later returned for Season 5, when his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan joined him.
If the latest report turns out to be true, Season 9 will mark the first time Salman appears as a solo guest on the celebrity chat show.
