Kolte-Patil Developers reported a net consolidated loss of ₹38.08 crore for FY26, a significant downturn from a profit of ₹109.33 crore in FY25. The company’s total income also saw a substantial decline of 54.50% to ₹802.50 crore. The board has approved a scheme of amalgamation for its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
