Lodha Developers’ net profit grew by 24 percent to ₹3,430.7 crore for FY26. Total income also saw a significant increase of 20.82 percent. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹4.25 per share. New projects were added, boosting the gross development value to ₹2 lakh crore.
