Navbharat Mega Developers, the special purpose vehicle for the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, has submitted a plan to develop Mulund, Bhandup, and Kanjurmarg salt pans. The proposal includes 18 free-sale and one commercial building on Mulund’s salt pan, alongside rehabilitation towers.
