A Noida consumer commission has ordered real estate developer Ajnara India Ltd to pay Rs 1.71 lakh with 6% interest to a customer. The developer failed to deliver a flat booked in 2018 or refund the booking amount. The commission also awarded Rs 4,000 for litigation costs and mental agony.
