Rani Swarnkar has responded to remarks made by Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the actor. Taking to Instagram Stories, Komal shared a series of strongly worded statements addressing the “homebreaker” remark and questioning the narrative playing out publicly.

In her Story, Rani wrote, “The woman who has been trying to kill her own husband for years; the curses of such women do not affect anyone.” She followed it with a pointed statement, “Nobody ever can be a homebreaker in already broken house.” Her comments have added another twist to the ongoing controversy.
Rani went on to question the circumstances surrounding the public allegations, asking, “I don’t understand what kind of pain a woman is going through, where, instead of trying to heal it, she seems to enjoy putting it on display in public.”
She further questioned whether the situation was genuinely about personal pain or something more deliberate. “Is this really a pain or it is carefully thought out conspiracy?” she wrote. Rani also used an analogy while questioning how people were responding to the controversy. “People in our country are not so foolish that they would run after a crow, just because someone told them the crow has taken your ear,” she stated.
Her comments come amid a public dispute involving Govinda, Sunita and Rani, with statements from those connected to the controversy continuing to surface on social media. She and Govinda recently visited the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal for blessings.

Rani alleged that Govinda had been subjected to prolonged mental harassment within a marriage. “To constantly mentally harass a man, stop him from working, force him to sit at home and waste away, isolate him completely and drive him to the point of death,” Rani wrote. She didn’t mention Govinda’s name directly. He also recently spoke about his dating rumours with Rani.
She then questioned whether “any good and devoted wife” could treat her husband in such a manner. Rani also asked whether women behaving in such a way were “mentally unwell” or were consciously using public sympathy to achieve what they could not accomplish privately.
She concluded by objecting to her name being brought into the controversy, writing, “Stop using my name to serve your agenda,” before adding, “May God protect every decent man from such cunning women.” Her response, particularly her “already broken house” remark, has nevertheless added another layer to the ongoing public controversy.
