SC orders DDA to refund ₹165 crore with 18 years of interest

The Supreme Court has ordered the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to refund Rs 165 crore with interest, potentially totaling Rs 400 crore, to a company that purchased a commercial plot in Jasola. The DDA’s acquisition of the land was deemed improper, and despite being given time to regularize it, the authority failed to do so, leading to the refund order.
