Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi has directed officials to take stern action against builders who have defaulted on payments and to expedite the resolution of disputes with buyers. The minister also flagged alleged irregularities in project allotments and civic contracts. He emphasized the need to address stalled housing projects and pending flat registrations urgently.
