Vedaanta Senior Living is set to invest ₹200 crore in Kerala over the next three years, launching its Eden Gardens project in Ettumanoor with a ₹50 crore investment. This expansion includes 48 villas and 30 apartments, with prices starting at ₹76 lakh, building on their existing presence in Guruvayur and Kochi.
