Puravankara has acquired a 14.57-acre land parcel in Bengaluru’s Mandur, Budigere, with a potential gross development value of ₹2,300 crore. This acquisition, comprising both purchased land and a joint development agreement, will yield approximately 1.8 million sq ft of saleable area. The company’s Bengaluru developable landbank now stands at 25.61 million sq ft.
