A villa owner in Hyderabad has filed a police complaint alleging her property was illegally mortgaged by the builder in October 2025 to a corporate firm as unsold property. The builder allegedly mortgaged several other properties, including a senior citizen’s venture, to secure loans. Police have registered a case against the real estate company and the lending firm.
