Sundaram Alternates has closed its fifth real estate credit fund at ₹2,500 crore, exceeding its initial target corpus of ₹1,500 crore. The fund, launched in October 2025, has already committed over 90% of the capital raised and will invest in senior-secured debt opportunities in brownfield residential projects.
