The stalled Mahalunge-Maan Town Planning scheme is finally progressing. The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority will transfer the project’s execution to the Pune Municipal Corporation. This move follows the merger of villages into PMC limits. The scheme aims to develop a 250-hectare area near Hinjewadi IT park. It promises improved infrastructure and planned urban growth for the region.
