Nagpur’s Existing Land Use exercise revealed a significant urban planning failure, with only 15% of 893 reserved plots implemented over 25 years. Many reservations were reduced, redesignated, or encroached upon, leading to shrinking open spaces and strained infrastructure. This data will inform the revised Development Plan, aiming to address past shortcomings.
